Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on December 3, 2012, a minor revision application (MR -2) to <br />the New Horizon North Mine, Permit No. C- 2010 -089, operated by Western Fuels - Colorado, LLC, <br />12050 N. Pecos St., Suite 100, Westminster, CO 80234 was considered complete for the purposes of <br />filing. With this Minor Revision application, the operator has submitted details addressing the as -built <br />configuration and professional certification for Sediment Pond NHN -001.
