17. Any land survey monuments on the site shall be recorded in the Colorado Land Survey Monument <br />Records prior to commencement of permitted activities, and if removed, shall be replaced following <br />reclamation. <br />Specific Conditions: <br />18. The Administrative Permit is valid for one (1) year. <br />19. Exploration permits shall not be construed to grant access onto any private lands. <br />20. Work on the County Road shall be prohibited when road conditions are conducive to damaging the <br />road. <br />21. To prevent the spread of noxious weeds, trucks and equipment shall be cleaned before entering <br />the seismic transect and any time the equipment traverses a site known to be infested with any of <br />Colorado's noxious weeds. <br />22. During seismic testing operations, areas of geologic hazards shall be avoided during times of <br />snowmelt, spring runoff or heavy rainfall. <br />23. Sinkholes or other subsidence created by seismic testing operations shall be immediately filled and <br />graded. The permittee is responsible for sinkholes that may form up to one (1) year after the <br />operation has terminated. <br />24. Seismic vibroseis testing shall maintain distances of a minimum of 440 feet from homes and other <br />buildings, wells, springs and underground mines, unless otherwise approved. <br />25. Planning Department shall be notified of dates of commencement and termination of testing on <br />each line. <br />26. All flagging, pins, stakes and other debris shall be removed immediately after termination of the <br />operation. <br />27. Test lines shall not vary from those mapped by more than one-fourth (114) mile without review by <br />the Planning Department. <br />28. Copies of all financial guarantees related to the project shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Department prior to permit issuance. <br />Permit Issued by the Planning Director: <br />Chad If.
