17. Any land survey monuments on the site shall be recorded in the Colorado Land Survey Monument Records prior to commencement of permitted activities, and if removed, shall be replaced following reclamation. Specific Conditions: 18. The Administrative Permit is valid for one (1) year. 19. Exploration permits shall not be construed to grant access onto any private lands. 20. Work on the County Road shall be prohibited when road conditions are conducive to damaging the road. 21. To prevent the spread of noxious weeds, trucks and equipment shall be cleaned before entering the seismic transect and any time the equipment traverses a site known to be infested with any of Colorado's noxious weeds. 22. During seismic testing operations, areas of geologic hazards shall be avoided during times of snowmelt, spring runoff or heavy rainfall. 23. Sinkholes or other subsidence created by seismic testing operations shall be immediately filled and graded. The permittee is responsible for sinkholes that may form up to one (1) year after the operation has terminated. 24. Seismic vibroseis testing shall maintain distances of a minimum of 440 feet from homes and other buildings, wells, springs and underground mines, unless otherwise approved. 25. Planning Department shall be notified of dates of commencement and termination of testing on each line. 26. All flagging, pins, stakes and other debris shall be removed immediately after termination of the operation. 27. Test lines shall not vary from those mapped by more than one-fourth (114) mile without review by the Planning Department. 28.
