Specify approximate topsoil redistribution depth: <br />The target area is rugged mountain with minimal topsoil, less than four inches in areas of <br />interest. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />Depending on penetrated material, drill holes will be backfilled with materials removed <br />from the hole and securely plugged. In the event groundwater is encountered, the drill <br />hole wll be plugged wfth cement grout or bentonfte gel as requires by the Rules. <br />10. Describe how portals, adits, shafts, ponds, excavations, or other disturbances will be reclaimed (refer to Rule 3 and Rule 5 for <br />specific reclamation performance standards). You may wish to contact the Division for closure specifications. <br />Upon completion of exploration, the backhoe or dozer will distribute any surface material <br />and grade disturbance to blend with surrounding topography. Seeding and mulching will <br />occur as directed by US BLM. <br />11. Describe how roads will be reclaimed or returned to their pre - prospecting (or better) condition: <br />BLM does not want to keep the new trail, the surface will be graded to blend with adjoining <br />topography, seeded and mulched as directed by BLM. <br />
