Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ( CDRMS) have found the above referenced <br />report to be in compliance with CDRMS Regulations: 4.09.1(11) and 4.10.2(2). <br />The above referenced report was prepared by North West Colorado Consultants (NWCC) for <br />Twentymile Coal Company. NWCC visited the site on December 31, 2012. Based on the report, <br />NWCC did not observe any signs of instability, structural weakness or hazardous conditions at the pile. <br />These observations reflect observations with on -site inspections conducted by the Division of the Waste <br />Pile. The report states that the wash plants produced approximately 340,913 tons of waste coal. It is <br />noted that no compaction tests have been completed since the September 2012 tests at the request of TC. <br />As of the date of the report, no new stripping of topsoil and cover materials was conducted and no new <br />haul road construction had taken place. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
