From the Ground Up. <br />November 30, 2012 <br />Aggregate Industries <br />Connie Davis <br />PO Box 337231 <br />Greeley, CO 80633 <br />RE: Augmentation Water Rental for Aggregate Industries (April 2013- October 2013) <br />Dear Connie, <br />The city of Greeley ( "Greeley ") accepts Aggregate Industries ( "Aggregate ") augmentation water rental <br />request for April 2013- October 2013. Greeley will make available to Aggregate wholly consumable water <br />that has been changed for augmentation use at one of the following locations: 1) in the Cache la Poudre <br />River immediately below Greeley's existing wastewater treatment plant outfall, at the outlet of the Flatiron <br />Reservoir Nos. 1 -5 (aka Poudre Ponds at Greeley), or at delivery stations from the Greeley Canal No. 3; 2) <br />in Lonetree Creek, a tributary to the South Platte River, immediately below the Swift wastewater treatment <br />plant outfall; 3) in the Big Thompson River at delivery stations or release structures from the Greeley <br />Loveland Canal and related structures; or 4) at such other point or points Greeley chooses by giving written <br />notice to Aggregate OR in the Cache la Poudre or Big Thompson Rivers at delivery stations or release <br />structures owned and operated by Greeley or available for Greeley's use where Greeley has augmentation <br />water legally and physically available. Greeley anticipates making releases from its wastewater treatment <br />plant outfall located on the Cache la Poudre River. If Greeley changes the point of delivery, it will provide <br />written notice to Aggregate. <br />The request totals 36,2 acre -feet and replacements will be made per the schedule provided by Applegate <br />Group, Inc. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (970) 350 -9859. <br />RE(:r -: <br />DLCO3`l. <br />ATE. <br />RTATF <br />nnt <br />The current rate for augmentation water is $600 /acre -foot, for a total of $21,720.00. The payment is due <br />by January 3, 2013. <br />Please be aware that it is Aggregate's responsibility to receive necessary approval to use the rented <br />augmentation supplies provided by Greeley.
