Re: 2013 Effluent Request to City of Westminster for Aggregate
Industries -WCR, Inc.
In response to your request on behalf of Aggregate Industries -WCR, Inc. (Al), I
would like to confirm that the City of Westminster will provide 151 acre -feet of
water to AI in the 2013 calendar year, as per the Consumable Water Lease
Agreement between the City of Westminster and Al dated March 4, 2009. The
water will be delivered on the following schedule:
Delivery locations will be as outlined in paragraph 2.3 of said agreement, and
delivery will be at a constant flow rate during each month of delivery, as nearly
as practicable. The price for the leased water is $200.00 per acre foot, so the
City of Westminster will invoice Al for a total of $30,200.
