CITY OF VICTOR <br />APPLICATION FOR USE OF WATER OUTSIDE <br />CORPORATE LIMITS <br />TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VICTOR, COLORADO <br />Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ('Applicant') hereby applies, pursuant <br />to the terms and limitations of the Code and Ordinances of the City of Victor ( 'City "), as <br />amended from time to time, for water service outside the corporate limits of the City, and <br />respectfully requests that the Council adopt a Resolution approving the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Service shall be furnished at the City's facilities located at the following <br />points: <br />a. At a 3 -inch tap at Victor Mine Pump Station in Grassy <br />Valley, more specifically described as the point on the <br />City's raw water transmission line from the City's <br />- reservoirs, where Applicant's line taps on, north of <br />Goldfield in Section 16, Township 15 South, Range 69 <br />West, 6' P. M. (this tap will provide raw water); and <br />b. At en 9 -inch tap near the City's Water Treatment Plant <br />near the top of Victor Pass in Section 21, Township 15 <br />South, Range 69 West, 6"' P. M. (this tap will supply <br />raw water). <br />2. All facilities beyond such points shall be constructed, maintained, and <br />repaired by Applicant. <br />3. Water shall be used only for the following purposes and shall not, in any <br />event, be resold to others: <br />Purposes: Use in mining and processing, including mineral extraction, ore <br />processing, dust control, mined land reclamation, replacement and augmentation, and all <br />incidental uses related to Applicant's mining and processing operations. <br />4.
