A copy of the final decree is attached. As you may <br />recall, this augmentation plan was required by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />pursuant to your letter dated April 30, 2010. We have also already applied for a well permit for <br />the Freund Pit with the State Engineer's Office, and will provide your office with a copy of the <br />well permit once approved. <br />If you have any questions or comments, or if you need any additional information, please <br />do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Very truly yours, <br />David F.
