1) <br />Exhibit D — Reclamation Plan <br />a) Following the completion of the mining operation, the overburden will be <br />placed back into the excavated area. 1 foot of topsoil will be placed on <br />disturbed area and seeded. <br />b) The overburden will be placed back into the excavated area at a slope no <br />greater than 5:1. <br />c) Revegetation <br />i) 2 inches for pasture grass. Native soils used from nearby pastures. No <br />soil analysis is required. <br />ii) The mining site will be reseeded summer 2017, or sooner, if mining is <br />completed sooner. Soil will be diced and native grass will be <br />mechanically broadcasted over area to be reclaimed. <br />iii) The grass seed mix for the disturbed area immediately around the pond <br />banks and for the perimeter of Crushing Meadows is as follows: <br />Name: 7 Grass Dry Land Mix will be spread at a rate of 25 pls /acre. <br />Which consists of: <br />10% Slender Wheat <br />15% Orchard Grass <br />20% Smooth Brome <br />20% Intermediate Wheat <br />20% Perennial Rye <br />15% Crested Wheat <br />Timothy Grass will be spread at a rate of 20 pls /acre. <br />iv) See ii above. Seed will be broadcasted at twice the rate required for <br />seed drilling. Seedbed will be adequately roughened prior to seeding. <br />v) N/A <br />vi) No shrubs or trees are anticipated, only pasture grass will be planted. <br />d) Bear Ranch Gravel Mine will be regarded as shown on Exhibit E2A. <br />e) None <br />2) N/A for 110c permits <br />
