Climax anticipates that no new acreage will be disturbed in 2000. <br /> Pursuant to 2 CCR 407-1, 407-4 and Rules 1.15 (1), Climax Molybdenum Company continues to <br /> work with the Division in completing analysis for an accurate financial warranty for the property. <br /> Details of this adjustment were provided to the Division in correspondence dated February 8, <br /> 1999.
