Flowable Fill: <br />3.02 PROTECTION AND CURING <br />Section 03330 <br />Flowable Fill <br />ame0 <br />1. Minimum strength of 300 psi, ASTM C 39, at 28 days after placement. <br />2. Placement slump of between 3- inches and 7- inches. <br />PART 3: EXECUTION <br />3.01 INSTALLATION <br />A. All flowable fill delivered to the Site shall be placed within ninety (90) minutes from the time of <br />introduction of cement and water into the mix. <br />B. No water shall be added after leaving the batch plant without the approval of CERTIFYING <br />ENGINEER. <br />C. Placement of flowable fill, once started, shall be performed as a continuous operation until the <br />scheduled placement is completed. <br />A. Protect exposed surfaces of flowable fill from premature drying, wash by rain or running water, wind, <br />mechanical injury, and excessively hot or cold temperature. Curing method shall be subject to <br />approval by CERTIFYING ENGINEER <br />3.03 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL <br />A. All testing (both field and laboratory testing) will be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. <br />CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for cooperating with CQA Monitor during all testing activities. <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide equipment and labor to assist CQA Monitor in sampling, if requested, <br />and shall also provide access to all areas requiring testing activities. <br />B.
