<br />Year 2013 Blasting Schedule
<br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. hereby pub-
<br />lishes the following blastng schedule for the
<br />2013 year.
<br />1. Identification of blasting areas: During
<br />the 2 01 3 year, blasting will be conducted
<br />within the followrg areas:
<br />T3N, R93W, 6th P.M., Moffat and Rio
<br />Blanco Counties, Colorado
<br />W1/2 of Section 3,
<br />All of Section 4,
<br />All of Section 9,
<br />W1/2 of Section 10,
<br />SW1 /4. N1/2 of Section 15,
<br />All of Section 16,
<br />All of Section 17,
<br />E1/2 of Section 19,
<br />All of Section 2 0,
<br />W1 /2 of Section 21
<br />T4N, R93W, 6th P.M., Moffat County, Colo-

<br />2. Time of blast: Blasting operations will be
<br />conducted daily between sunrise and sunset.
<br />3. All mine roads to blast areas will be
<br />blocked at least ten minutes prior to the blast
<br />by manned vehicles having radio communi-
<br />cation with the Blasting Foreman. The blast
<br />areas will be cleared by the Blasting Fore-
<br />man. All mine areas arefenced for livestock.
<br />4. Audible Waming Signals:
<br />- Be - fore blast signal: Four series of three short
<br />sirens, then four series of three long sirens.
<br />After blast all clear signal: The Blasting Fore-
<br />man will check the blast and report the all
<br />clear to barricade crews, followed by a sin-
<br />gle, long siren
<br />5. Blasting may not be conducted at times
<br />different from those announced in this blast-
<br />ing schedule except in emergency situations
<br />where rain, lightning, other atmospheric con-
<br />ditions, or Operator or public safety requires
<br />unscheduled detonation.
