On <br />behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, enclosed are the requested data. <br />1. DRMS: Cross - sections U -U', V -V', and W -W' were removed from Map 18 (this <br />issue was addressed in TR -75 but possibly inadvertently omitted again with TR -76). <br />A cross - section exists on Map 18 for Sections L through T, and a note under that <br />section indicates that all other cross - sections are shown on Map 19. Map 19 does <br />not include Section U, nor are we able to locate the section elsewhere in the permit <br />application package. We are also unable to locate Sections V, W, and X. Please <br />revise Map 18 to include the required cross - sections (Rule 2.05.3(4)(i)(B)) for <br />sections U, V, W, and X, or provide information on their location in the permit <br />application package. <br />BRL: Please see revised Map 18 showing locations of sections U -U', V -V' and W -W' as <br />well as section details. <br />2. Please update Map 32, Topsoil Distribution Plan, to include the proposed <br />disturbance area associated with the gob pile expansion. <br />BRL: Please see revised Map 32. <br />3. Please update the discussion on page 2.05 -12 to update progress to date and <br />include the proposed gob pile expansion. <br />BRL: Please see revised pages 2.05 -12 & 13. <br />
