The reports are in compliance and satisfy rules 2.02.6(3)(b) and 4.07.3(3). It is <br />noted that 9 drill holes and 2 monitoring wells have been completely reclaimed and one permitted hole <br />was not drilled. <br /> <br />The Division has also received your bond release request, via email on December 28, 2012, for the coal <br />exploration bond of NOI X-2006-153-14. The Division currently holds a bond for this NOI in the amount <br />of $1,957.00. <br /> <br />So that we may properly evaluate the success of the remaining reclamation at this site, we will conduct <br />the bond release inspection within 30 days and weather permitting.
