3.) Construct a rip rap berm as required to route runoff from basin 3 into the new pond. <br />4.) Work with downstream property owners to repair and maintain the drainage channel <br />between the Tunnel Mine and Sand Creek, specifically in the following two areas. <br />a. Approximately 950 feet downstream of the storage lot the natural drainage <br />crosses an old road. In this area, the channel has incised into the road bed and <br />no longer follows its natural course. This section of channel should be re- aligned <br />as necessary and armored to prevent future erosion. <br />b. 200 feet upstream of Sand Creek there is an existing drainage culvert which is <br />full of debris. This culvert looks under -sized and in its current state is likely to <br />cause runoff to overtop the roadway. At a minimum, this culvert should be <br />cleared of all debris. Ideally it should be replaced with a larger culvert with <br />sufficient capacity to handle runoff from the upstream drainage basins. <br />4 <br />
