EXHIBIT F Reclamation Plan Map
1
The map(s) of the proposed affected land, by all phases of the total scope of the mining operation, shall
indicate the following:
(a) The expected physical appearance of the area of the affected land, correlated to the
proposed mining and reclamation timetables. The map must show proposed topography of
the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of all
reclaimed lands; and;
Exhibit F map of final topographic appearance of the area is included with this application. The
stabilized high wall areas on the west side of the mining zone will drain storm water runoff to the
north and to the east to the main storm ditch, which flows north to the detention pond area
The Reclamation Map as submitted shows the large, relatively flat area (approximately 65 acres)
below and east of the highwall benches, located between contour intervals 5660' and 5645.' This
area may be left in a configuration of rolling terrain integrated with small storm detention structures
designed to slow down storm water flow velocities prior to diversion to detention ponds located
along the eastern margins of the permit area. In the event that mining continues below the 5650'
elevation, final pit design may include the use of the pit excavation for storm detention purposes.
This situation would occur very late in the life of mine, if at all. A final lower pit area may have
better long -term benefits as far as storm water control and protection of neighboring land areas from
storm water flows.
(b) Portrayal of the proposed final land use for each portion of the affected lands.
Final land use for affected land will be open rangeland and wildlife habitat.
