3.0 GEOSYNTHETICS INSTALLATION <br />amec <br />Geosynthetics installed in the Process Solution Enhancement System consisted of <br />geotextile, GCL, geoweb, and geomembrane. Eight- ounce, non -woven geotextile <br />manufactured by TenCate of Pendergrass, Georgia; Bentomat ST GCL manufactured by <br />CETCO of Hoffman Estates, Illinois; and Geoweb Geocell manufactured by Presto <br />Geosystems of Appleton, Wisconsin were used to construct the Stormwater Control System <br />basin of the Process Solution Enhancement System. The Process Solution Enhancement <br />System liner system included 80 -mil single -sided textured LLDPE geomembrane <br />manufactured by Poly -Flex of Grand Prairie, Texas. <br />3.1 Process Solution Enhancement System Liner System <br />Geomembrane installation activities for the Process Solution Enhancement System liner <br />system included deployment, seaming, non - destructive testing, and destructive testing of <br />80 -mil single -sided textured LLDPE geomembrane (textured side down) to project <br />specifications. Lone Star deployed panels P1 through P81 as part of the primary liner <br />system in the certified area (approximately 140,525 square feet), as shown on Figure 2. <br />Geomembrane was placed on compacted and approved SLF as part of the Process <br />Solution Enhancement System. Record Drawing No. 3 of 4 in Appendix A presents the <br />Process Solution Enhancement System geomembrane panel layout for the primary <br />geomembrane layer. Ames anchored geomembrane at the limits of the Process Solution <br />Enhancement System. The anchor trench is a minimum of 3 feet deep by 1 foot wide. <br />3.2 Stormwater Control System <br />Ames installed a storm water control system south of the Process Solution Enhancement <br />System. A collection basin was constructed at the inlet of a 36 -inch CPE culvert by installing <br />8 oz. geotextile and GCL in the basin. Geotextile and GCL were placed on compacted and <br />approved subgrade.
