Pineda <br />Director <br />On December 26, 2012 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the <br />temporary cessation requested submitted to the Division on October 26, 2012 addressing the <br />following: <br />First 5 year term of temporary cessation <br />The receipt of the notice of temporary cessation was acknowledged in the monthly <br />activity /agenda report attached to the agenda of the November 13, 2012 meeting of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board per Rule 1.13.6(3)(a). No concerns from interested parties were <br />expressed. The terms of the temporary cessation request No.1 approved by the Division are <br />hereby incorporated into permit M- 1981 -132. The temporary cessation expires on October 23, <br />2017. All other conditions and requirements of the permit remain in full force and effect. <br />Annual reports and fees are required on the appropriate anniversary date.
