Castle Rock Rock Inc.
(for Highland, DCSG)
Box 966
Castle Rock Co.
MLRB Permit # M- 1983 -089
Disturbed Area;
John J Miner
31 • •8 632
2 1
ached. Fee, Report, Map
f t
RECEIVED
DEC 3 1 2012
Division of Reclamation,
Mining & Safety
80104
Dec 20, 2012
The Initial fill area is well established with Vegitation. The
remaining areas have stockpiles of Topsoil located to spread when
final contours are complete.
The site of 40 Acres is mostly occupied by roads and
stockpiles. The Mining Area of 5 Acres has been organized to cut
and fill. The east end of the "pit" has been completely filled in in
2012 to final contours and covered with a topsoil stockpile. This
leaves a greatly reduced cut on the south side of the pit that we will
proceed from once the North side is completed and filled (2014 Est.)
then the mining will proceed south with only 1 cut. The North
boundary will be filled and reclaimed. The North cut is 2.1 Acres.
