Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> R -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Roadside Portals Mine conducted on December 20,2012 by Mike Boulay of <br /> the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety Grand Junction Field Office. There was no operator <br /> representative present during the inspection. Weather conditions were clear and cold. The mine site was mostly <br /> snow covered at the time of the inspection. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br /> Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br /> All three refuse disposal areas were inspected. CRDA-1,CRDA-2, and the RSRDA at the South Portal area are <br /> shown in the attached Photographs No's 1 through 3 at the end of this inspection report. There were no <br /> indications of instability or excessive erosion at any of the refuse disposal areas.
