The selenium standard was exceeded a total of seven
times at two NPDES outfalls during the water year.
Between the time that the 2011 AHR was submitted and
the date of the Division's review of the 2011 AHR, a
Notice of Violation /Cease and Desist Order, Number: 10-
120912-1 was issued by CDPHE's WCQCD at the Peabody
Sage Creek Mine.
