<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Stonewall Springs Quarry, LLC, whose address is 20 Boulder Crescent, Second Floor,
<br />Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903, phone number (719) 471 -1742 has filed an
<br />application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit
<br />with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the Colorado
<br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine
<br />is known as the STONEWALL SPRINGS QUARRY GRAVEL PIT, and is located near
<br />Sections 35 and 36, Township 20 South, Range 63 West and Section 31, Township 20
<br />South, Range 62 West and Section 6, Township 21 South, Range 62 west of the 6 Prime
<br />Meridian, Pueblo County, State of Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is late, February 2013, and the proposed date of
<br />completion is late, 2033. The proposed future use of the land is developed water resource
<br />and rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from
<br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 13 0 Sherman Street, Room 215,
<br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567, or at the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder's
<br />office; 215 W. 10t Street, Pueblo, CO 81003, or the above named applicant.
<br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation,
<br />Mining, and Safety y 4:00 p.m. on DECEMBER 24, 2012.

<br />traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or economic

<br />Mined Land Reclamation Board.
