The proposed mine <br />is known as the STONEWALL SPRINGS QUARRY GRAVEL PIT, and is located near <br />Sections 35 and 36, Township 20 South, Range 63 West and Section 31, Township 20 <br />South, Range 62 West and Section 6, Township 21 South, Range 62 west of the 6 Prime <br />Meridian, Pueblo County, State of Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is late, February 2013, and the proposed date of <br />completion is late, 2033. The proposed future use of the land is developed water resource <br />and rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from <br />the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 13 0 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567, or at the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office; 215 W. 10t Street, Pueblo, CO 81003, or the above named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety y 4:00 p.m. on DECEMBER 24, 2012. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C :RS. 34- 32.5 -101 et seq.
