Costilla <br />Colorado Springs, CO 80903 <br />Re: 60 Day Decision Date Extension Approval for Amendment #3, DRMS File No M -1977- <br />211 <br />Dear Mr. Schafer: <br />On December 20th 2012 the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety received your written <br />request for a 60 day decision date extension for Amendment # 3, DRMS File No M- 1977 -211, <br />Pikeview Quarry. <br />At this time, the Division grants the 60 day extension request so the operator can address the <br />Division's adequacy concerns. The new decision date for Amendment # 3 is February 19, 2013. If <br />additional time is needed to address the adequacy concerns, it will be up to the operator to request <br />additional time before the new decision date.
