Donald MacDonald of Coors Energy Company was present for the inspection. <br /> Weather conditions were clear,cool and no wind.There was a light snow cover on the grassy areas and the roads <br /> were dry and stable. Ash was piled in the B-pit ready for grading (photo 1). <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.1411 Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour <br /> 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials <br /> 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> The North end of B-Pit was being backfilled with ash and cover material. The South end of B-Pit <br /> continued to be backfilled with cover material. There was no snow cover on the area and some soil <br /> had been blown onto the access road south and east of the area.
