The site <br /> is located south of the town of Hayden,Colorado in Routt County. I,Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mr. Roy Karo with Seneca Coal Company was aware <br /> of the inspection but did not accompany me. The weather on December 17"'was partly cloudy and windy. On <br /> December 18"' it was snowing heavily in the area. <br /> During the 17th,the Division attempted to access Pond 009 and Pond 015. The access roads did not appear <br /> passable due to a recent snow event.
