This site is located south of the Town of Hayden,Colorado. I,Jared Ebert of the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mr. Roy Karo was aware of the inspection but did not <br /> accompany me. The weather was partly cloudy and windy. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05;Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The truck loop pond was holding water but was not discharging. The pond was ice and snow covered,but the <br /> embankments appeared stable. The primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> Ditch 3 was observed;this ditch appeared clear of debris and functional. <br /> The rail loop pond does not appear to be holding standing water but it was covered in snow. The embankments <br /> appeared stable. The primary and emergency spillway appeared functional. <br /> TAHR culverts 2,2A,4 and 5 appeared clear and functional. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed facilities area was walked.
