<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />TI -IIS DEED is made by Thomas F. Stephenson as Personal Representative of the Estate of John O.
<br />Buckner, also known as Johnson Oscar Buckner, also known as John Buckner, Deceased, Grantor, to Thomas
<br />F. Stephenson and Lois M. Stephenson, Grantees, whose legal address is 2516 Waldean Street, Colorado
<br />Springs, Colorado 80909.
<br />WHEREAS, the above - named decedent in his lifetime made and executed his Last Will and
<br />Testament dated September 27, 1999, which Will was duly admitted to informal probate on August 31, 2004,
<br />by the District Court in and for the County of El Paso, State of Colorado, Probate No. 04 PR 853; and
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative of said Estate on August 31, 2004,
<br />and is now qualified and acting in said capacity;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor by the Colorado Probate Code,
<br />Grantor does hereby sell, convey, assign, transfer and set over unto Grantees, in joint tenancy, as the person
<br />entitled to distribution of the property in the above captioned Will and his wife, the following described real
<br />property situate in the Crystal Peak Mining District, County of Teller, State of Colorado:
<br />The UTE Lode Mining Claim as described by the lode location certificate and as shown by
<br />the lode location map recorded at Reception No. 25505+, Drawer 23, Caids 144A and 144B
<br />of the Teller County records;
<br />The TWO POINT Lode Mining Claim as described by the lode location certificate and as
<br />shown by the lode location map recorded at Reception No. 169816, Book 272, Pages 480
<br />and 481 of the Teller County records;
<br />The QUI -BUC NO. 1 Lode Mining Claim as described by the lode location certificate and
<br />as shown by the lode location map recorded at Reception No. 247265, Drawer 19, Cards
<br />1488A and 1488B of the Teller County records;
<br />The QUI -BUC NO. 4 Lode Mining Claim as described by the lode location certificate and
<br />as shown by the lode location map recorded at Reception No. 247268, Drawer 19, Cards
<br />1491A and 1491B of the Teller County records;
