<br />whose legal address is 2516 Waldean Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80909, Grantee:
<br />WITNESSETH, That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE (1) DOLLAR, the receipt and
<br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these
<br />presents do remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the grantee all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
