PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is proposing to approve a partial <br />release of the coal exploration bond submitted by Cyprus Empire Corporation for the Notice of Intent No. <br />X- 1994 - 214 -00. The required reclamation liability for four of the eight remaining wells is adequately <br />covered under mining permit 4C- 1981 -044, thus the exploration bond is no longer necessary for these <br />four wells. The Division proposes to release a liability of $2,077.26 and leave $10,725.74 in place to <br />cover the reclamation of the remaining four wells not bonded under mining permit #C- 1981 -044. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sectionl8, Township 6 North, Range 91 West and <br />Sections 12, 13, 14, 24, Township 6 North, Range 92 West of the Sixth Principle Meridian in Moffat <br />County. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver Colorado 80203. Such <br />comments should be submitted with 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
