The current liability of the above NOI is $12,803.00. This liability, which was <br />transferred to Moffat County Mining, LLC, covers the reclamation cost for eight monitoring wells <br />permitted under this NOI. Four of the wells are a part of the Williams Fork Mine's Monitoring Plan and <br />are bonded under mining permit 4C- 1981 -044. Therefore, the reclamation required for these four wells is <br />adequately covered under the mining bond, thus the exploration bond is no longer necessary for these four <br />wells.
