The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on December 14, 2012. SL -05 is a request for <br />Final Phase III Bond Release of all unreleased areas at the Marr Mine in Jackson County <br />Colorado. The surface ownership is Federal, state and private, and the coal mined was Federal, <br />state and private. <br />I have coordinated with Dan MacKinnon in your office regarding the required bond release <br />inspection of the site.
