The photographs were taken by Harry Ranney with the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety <br /> (Division)on November 30,2012. The photographs were reviewed and the report was written by Jared Ebert with <br /> the Division. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05,Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Stock tanks T-5,T-26 and T-27, as well as Pond 016 were holding water. Overall the embankments appeared <br /> stable. The stock tanks did not appear to be discharging and it could not be determined from the photos if Pond <br /> 016 was discharging. <br /> The drainages in the south mining area were observed during the inspection. Portions of drainages PM-213, C and <br /> D were lined with rock. The recharge structures in these drainages appeared stable and did not appear to be <br /> holding water. <br /> Drainages PM-5A and PM-513 was observed,it does not appear this area has changed since the last aerial <br /> inspection. <br /> A small gully appears to be forming at the base of drainage PM4D. <br /> The PM-1 drainage area appeared stable.
