Processing and <br />sales activities will continue on the Distel operations area throughout 2013 and future mining of <br />material from an adjacent operation under Permit No. M -1994 -027 (Longmont Operation aka <br />Tull Farm). <br />Backfilling of the remaining approximate 22 acres of excavated area of the Longmont Landfill <br />parcel is ongoing and will continue while processing activity continues on the Distel parcel. <br />Backfilling and grading along the southern boundary of the Bigelow parcel was completed in <br />2012 and grading of the Bigelow excavation floor is ongoing and will continue in 2013 to achieve <br />the diverse topography proposed for the post - mining land use. As noted in prior annual reports, <br />reclamation of the Peschel, and portions of the Sherwood and Bigelow parcels was completed in <br />2009. Approximately 2 acres on the north boundary of the reclaimed Sherwood parcel was re- <br />seeded in 2012.
