(Colowyo) received adequacy review comments
from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) on November
2, 2012. Colowyo has the following responses to the Division's comments:
1. The mineral ownership numbers on page 3 of your RN -06 application are:
• Federal: 11,201 acres
• State: 1,280 acres
• Private: 513 acres.
In our Permit System we have:
• Federal: 9,956 acres
• State: 650 acres
• Private: 1,644 acres.
Response: Mr. Rob Zuber and Mr. Tony Tennyson discussed these mineral
ownership acreage discrepancies on November29, 2012 via telephone. It was
noted that all mineral ownership within the permit boundary needs to equal
the total amount on permitted aces. Therefore, Colowyo has re- calculated
mineral ownership and updated page 3 of the renewal form accordingly. The
revised page has been included under this cover.
A LVestern Fuels- Colorado, LLC mining property
RECEIVED
DEC 1 32012
Division of Reclamation,
Mining & Safety
