With regard to Exhibit CI <br />When we spoke on site I said I thought there was a fence on the West edge of the property but 1 was mistaken. I have since walked the proper <br />but nothing that would be classified as a perrnanent manmade structure in my opinion so I have not included it. <br />On page 2 of your response 6.4.4 6. You mention that I said the permit will only be operated intermittently. So what I mean is sometimes then <br />not have any of the right employees on a given day, week or month. equipment might be broken down of needed elsewhere. It will not be inactive <br />this change? <br />Page 2 6.4.4 <br />#7 This is very rocky soil so there is minimal erosion. If any road that we wish to remain useable for the long term becomes impassable it will b <br />necessary gravel. The vehicles that will use the road are 4 wheel drive and require little or no improvement to the permitted area. <br />#8 The process for gathering moss rock does very little damage to the land and consequently very little if anything in terms of reclamation.
