2.01.5 Permit Term
CF&I Steel Corporation plans to operate under a permit issued by the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division for a term of five years. As
the mining operation continues through the term of the permit,
additional renewal and revisions of this application will be made as
required to continue mining at the Maxwell Mine.
2.01.6 Permit Fees
The permit fee of $2,500.00 was enclosed in the original application of
January 30, 1981 to cover the anticipated cost of reviewing,
administering, and enforcing the anticipated permit issued under this
application.
