Aerial phtographs were taken by <br /> Harry Ranney and were reviewed by Brock Bowles,both of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. The <br /> photos were taken on November 30, 2012 at approximately 12:40 pm. <br /> The weather was clear and sunny and the ground conditions appeared to be dry. The photos were taken of the <br /> main facility area, Elk Creek fansite, Sanborn Creek fansite and the Bear Creek Fansite. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05❑ Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> There was no water in the Sub Station 3 Pond and the ditches appear to be clear(photo 1). A new <br /> methane line was buried next to clean water diversion Ditch D6 to feed the mine inlet air heaters. This resulted in <br /> ditch D6 being cleaned and redefined (photo 2). <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11❑ Drainage Control; Surface <br /> Stabilization; Placement: <br /> The II West Refuse Facility does not have coal waste stacked in preparation for compacting.
