Prime Farmland Production Documentation: <br />For prime farmlands, adjusted average annual crop production based on at least three <br />cropping years immediately prior to submittal of the application must be demonstrated <br />to be equivalent to, or higher than, the average reference crop yield, pursuant to Rules <br />3.03.1(2)(b), 3.03.1(3)(b), and 4.25.5(3)(a). Topsoil replacement requirements for prime <br />farmlands as specified in Rule 4.25.4 are also more stringent than for non prime <br />farmland reclaimed areas. <br />Response: <br />No prime farmlands are to be found within the Phase II release areas. <br />7.
