With this Technical Revision, Oxbow Mining, LLC is providing documentation . to the - Division about a Vessels Coal Gas Inc:meth- ane gas borehole proposal. The 'methane gas borahole be lo- Cated aOhe former Sanborn Creek fansite pad within OMLLC's area. The borehole would-be used to recover methane from the abaft= doned and sealed Sanborn Creek Mine workings. -The =operator has requested no new disturbed acre- age with this revision application. The Elk Creek Mine is Nan Under-, ground coal mine located in Delta and Gunnison Counties; aPproxi- mately 0 miles N of Somerset, Col- orado. Coal interest is Federal and private and the surface affected is Federal, state and private land.
