MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated November 29, 2012 transmitted its adequacy review for the permit <br />renewal. On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC (BRL), following are its responses to the DRMS' <br />comments and concerns. <br />1. DRMS - Portions of Part 2.03 of the permit application package include outdated <br />information. Please submit a minor revision to the permit application package to provide <br />updated information for the following: <br />a. DRMS - Information provided in Section 2.03.4 of the permit application package, <br />Identification of Interests, if no longer current. <br />BRL - The identification of Interests section of the permit is current. <br />b. DRMS - 2.03.5, Compliance Information. <br />BRL - Compliance information was updated on page 2.03 -14. <br />c. DRMS - The legal description of the permit area located after page 2.03 -46. The <br />description does not reflect the current permit boundary since approval of PR -4. <br />BRL- New pages 2.03 -47 through 50 present the legal description of the permit <br />area. Please delete the 13 pages at the end of Section 2.03. These permit pages <br />are no longer relevant to the permit application. <br />
