Iection and pump-back system.to be installed above Eagle Park Reservoir. The
system detailed is considered to be an Environmental Protection Facility under the
August 11, 1995 Climax Environmental Protection Plan. The facility will serve as a
control to potential process water flow between Robinson Lake and Eagle Park
Reservoir that is currently undergoing tailing removal and reclamation. We have
previously discussed this structure with respect to groundwater control in the Eagle
valley.
Given the progress with Eagle Park Reservoir, Climax would like to proceed with
installation of this pump-back facility during the month of November. The system is
equip with appropriate alarming and redundant flow return controls.
Thank you in advance for your review of this project. Should you have any questions,
please feel free to contact either myself or Mr. John Lupo of Titan Environmental Corp.
at (303) 850-9852.
Sincerely,
Bryce R. Romig
Environmental Coordinator
Climax Mine and Mill
