As you are <br /> aware, Climax is in the final stages of gaining approval to deliver water, as an exercise of <br /> water rights, from P—agle Park Reservoir to downstream users. Construction of the outlet <br /> works is being performed as a part of our water delivery agreement. <br /> I am writing to provide a courtesy notification to the Division of the ongoing construction <br /> activity.
