The concentrate has been <br /> placed in the surface mine fire station. <br /> Pg. 2, Observation 7 - The possible mercury vapor lamps have been removed <br /> from the 4-shaft hoist room. The lamps were incorporated <br /> into the Climax waste stream. <br /> Pg. 2, Observation 8 - Please note the attached records regarding the necessary <br /> PCB documentation for the 319 substation. The 319 <br /> substation contained an unregulated concentration of <br /> PCB's as did the 311 substation and the#4 shaft controller. <br /> The#4 shaft small breaker contained a regulated <br /> concentration of PCB's and was removed from the site per <br /> manifest No. 11490. <br /> I hope this information satisfies all conditions for closing the 300 level.
