reclamation responsibility release for the Climax Mine, Permit No. M-77-493. The requested area for
partial reclamation responsibility release is the No. 4 Dam - Oxide Tailing Pond, also known as the
Eagle Park Reservoir, which is located in Eagle County as indicated on the enclosed map.
Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained
