The metals <br /> contained in the precipitate nave been chemically <br /> staniiizea as verified by the TCLP aata that was <br /> furnished with the Technical Revision application . <br /> Adaitlonally , the pH of the Mayflower treatment faculty <br /> process water is normally maintained in the 10 .v_, - -t i .0 <br /> range whicn promotes precipitation of any metals that <br /> couia nave oecome re-mobilizes in the handring process , <br /> and also enhances the ong-term stand ty of the <br /> precipitate .
