THIS WATER LEASE is entered into this 7' day of August, 2012, between Parkfield <br />Partners LLC (The Lessor) and Maxine Tower C/O Shad Flynn (the "Lessee "). <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as Follows: <br />1. Parkfield agrees to lease 39 Total Shares of Fulton Ditch water stock <br />The lease price shall be Silllifor the 2012 water season <br />2. Tower makes no warranty as to water quantity available. <br />3. This Lease shall not inure to and be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the <br />parties, except as specifically provided for within the provisions of this Lease. <br />4.
