Check Number 00336829 in the amount of $504.00 <br />was previously submitted separately for the 111 Annual Fee (please see copy of check <br />that was previously sent). <br />Stripping of overburden material and export of material from the Camenish Borrow Pit <br />began at the beginning of May 2007 for the Colorado Department of Transportation, 1 -25 <br />Widening Project No. IM- 0253 -160. Currently, all mining work has been completed. <br />Reclamation work at the pit is complete with perimeter sealing from the surrounding <br />alluvium with compacted core with approval of compacted clay liner from the State <br />Engineer's Office <br />A site inspection was performed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety for <br />warranty release. Additional seeding and weeded areas were identified. Flatiron is <br />working with revegitation consultant to schedule mowing and interseeding during the <br />2012- 2013 planting season as weather allows. <br />A HOCHTIEF C,vop=ny <br />
