M- 1982 -131 Technical Revision No. 1 Adequacy Review, Request for Extension Dear Mr. Hays: Thank you for your review of the Technical Revision No. 1 submitted by Applegate Group, Inc. on behalf of the Bucklen Equipment Company. In your letter dated August 28 2012, which was received on September 4, 2012 you indicated that the deadline for responses was September 6, 2012. A 90 -day extension was re quested and grated on September 5, 2012, with December 4, 2012 being the new due date for responses to the Adequacy Review. After discussions with the County and other interested parties, the Bucklen's preferred plan moving forward has been determined At this time we are awaiting letters from the adjoining property owners acknowledging the revisions to the mining and reclamation portions of the mining plan. In order to submit a complete package including responses to all issues raised in the Adequacy Review and to provide you with adequate time to review our responses in light of the upcoming holiday season, we hereby request an additional thirty (60) day extension to the response period provided and waive the right of the Bucklen Equipment Company to a decision regarding the Technical Revision No. 1 by December 4, 2012.
