SAGUACHE COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE <br />11/20/12 <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />1313 Sherman St, Rm 215 <br />Denver CO 80203 <br />Re: M -1977 -568 <br />Cooper Pit <br />Annual Fee <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />From November 1, 2011 thru November 25, 2012 approximately 15,670 tons of material were removed from this pit for <br />use in our asphalt plant. <br />4,080 tons of 3/4" aggregate were removed from this pit for use in asphalt mix for county roads. <br />370 tons of 1/2" chips were removed from this pit for use on county roads. <br />6,300 tons of pit run material were removed from this it for use on county roads. <br />4,920 tons of crusher fines or reject material were removed from this pit for use on county roads. <br />No reclamation has taken place at this pit and at this time no new reclamation is planned for the 2012/2013 anniversary <br />year.
