For Pacificorp, the following person was listed on AVS but not listed on the Directors /Officers Report: <br />Dean S. Brockbank as Vice President beginning on 08/30/2007 and General Counsel beginning on <br />08/30/2007. This officer should either be added to Pacificorp list or information on his end -dates should be <br />provided to the Division. Centralia Mining Co. and Pacific Minerals Inc. are listed in AVS as 100% owners <br />but not listed on the Directors /Officers Report. Energy West Mining Co. and Glenrock Coal Co. are listed in <br />AVS as 100% shareholders but not listed on the Directors/Officers Report. William Fork Co. is listed in AVS <br />as 19% Shareholder but not listed on the Directors/Officers Report. <br />Trapper Response: Attached permit page 1 -7c gives the most recent update to PacifiCorp's BOD. Note that <br />Dean S. Brockbank replaces Natalie L. Hocken as VP & General Counsel for PacifiCorp Energy. Note that <br />Ms. Hocken is still listed as a Director for PacifiCorp. <br />There are no Directors /Officers on PacifiCorp's board from Centralia Mining Co., Pacific Minerals Inc., <br />Energy West Mining Co., Glenrock Coal Co. or William Fork Co. <br />6. Per Rule 2.03.4 (3) (a) we need telephone numbers for the following: <br />a. For Trapper Mining Inc. <br />b. Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District <br />c. Platte River Power Authority <br />d. Tri State Generation & Transmission Assoc <br />e. Pacificorp <br />Trapper Response: Attached permit pages 1 -5, 1 -7, 1 -7a and 1 -7c include the phone numbers for the entities <br />requested. <br />3.1.2 General Maps <br />7. Map M4 will need to be updated to depict the yearly mining blocks for the next <br />Trapper Response: Attached Map M4 has been updated as requested. <br />2.3.5 and 2.4.2 Threatened and Endangered Plant and Animal Species <br />8. Please update the Threatened and Endangered species sections of the permit (2.3.5 and 2.4.2) and discuss <br />potential impacts to current state and federal Threatened and Endangered plant and animal species lists. <br />The Federal and state listed species of concern may have changed over the last permit term. To find the <br />most up to date lists, the following websites may be useful; <br />Trapper Response: Attached permit page 2 -121 (T &E plant species discussion) and pages 2 -141 through 2- <br />143 (T &E animal species discussion) have been updated. New Greater Sage- Grouse Section 2.4.2.6 has been <br />added to page 2 -143. Table of Contents page i -3 was added to include new section 2.4.2.6. <br />3.1.4.1 Mining Sequence <br />9. Please update the permit text on pages 3 -15, 3 -15a through 15c and map M10A and M10B to address the <br />next five year permit term. <br />
